Most radiant, flawless and spotless skin is known as healthy skin. The first and foremost fact of the healthy skin behind is the balance diet, which contains the hub of nutrition’s (Vitamins.minerals,protein,carbohydrates,minerals etc.) and lots of daily water intake. We all know that food and water are the basic needs of body, and a daily intake of neutrious food and water provides the energy to the body which further alters into the form of health and beauty.so it’s the simple technique to gain beauty “Eat Good find good results”. There are certain other external factors, Extreme Sun exposure, pollution etc., which effects on skin specially have a major and direct impact on face, because it is the most prominent part of whole body that is seen for every one.so it needs more external and internal care to look good. You will be considering beautiful if you will have a beautiful and healthy skin.
The things essential for face and body care
In fact healthy skin performs so many essential tasks for the body. If u want your skin healthy and beautiful so, you must need to develop a good habits towards diet and aware of the things which are essential for the skin care.
Switch yourself towards the good eating habit
As I mentioned above that balance diet and water is the only source to provide energy and health, if you want to see yourself healthy and beautiful so you need to develop the good diet habits.
- Plan your Balance diet Manu chart .Organize its contents day wise which include (pulses, grains, white meat, vegetables etc.) for whole week or month. Implement on it.
- Drink plenty of water daily (approx. 16 glass of water)
- Add honey, olives, seasonal fruits, yogurt in your diet.
- Avoid junk food(but you may take occasionally)
- Avoid carbonated drinks which contain lots of sugar.

Avoid Extreme sun exposure.
Although Sun is the great source of energy which provides the Vitamin “D”, but extreme sun exposure may damage skin.so always use good quality sun block and UV protection glasses when go out.
